How much does a piece cost?
It depends on size, shape and lighting. The designer gives an instant estimate, and we confirm the final price with you before production.
How long does it take?
Usually 7–10 working days for mirrors and 5–8 for paintings after the deposit. Ask us about rush orders.
How do I pay?
A 50% deposit when you approve the design, by CliQ or cash, and the rest on delivery. You can upload your CliQ receipt from your account.
Is the electricity safe?
Only 12 volts runs inside the piece; the adapter stays outside. We run every piece for two hours before delivery.
How much power does it use?
Very little — like a small LED bulb (about 10–30 watts depending on size).
Can I hang it myself?
Yes. Every piece comes with a hanger and instructions. We help with installation for large pieces.
Do you deliver?
Yes, across Amman and other governorates. Delivery inside Amman is free above a set order value.
What if I don’t like the design?
We never start production before you approve the preview. Changes before production are free.
Is there a warranty?
One year on lighting and electrics. The LED strip and adapter are easy to replace.
