What we collect
Your name, email, phone number, delivery address, order details, the photos you upload for paintings, and payment receipts. Plus minimal technical data (IP address and browser type) to protect accounts from abuse.
Why
To design, make and deliver your order, contact you about it, and protect the site from fraud. We never sell your data or share it for advertising.
Photos
Your photos are used only to make your piece. Before saving, we strip location and device data (EXIF). The wall photo in “See it on your wall” never leaves your device.
Cookies
We use one essential sign-in cookie and keep your cart in your browser. No tracking or advertising cookies.
Third parties
When enabled: Cloudflare Turnstile to check you are human, and our email provider to send order messages.
Your rights
From “My account → My details” you can download a copy of your data or delete your account. Deletion erases your name, email and phone; financial order records remain without your details because we must keep them for accounting.
Retention
Orders are kept for accounting; expired sessions and security logs are deleted automatically after a short period.
