Prices
Prices in the designer and shop are estimates. We confirm the final price with you before production, and it does not change after your approval unless you request changes.
Design approval
We never start production before you approve the final preview in your account or by message. Changes before production are free.
Deposit
After approval you pay a deposit (usually 50%) by CliQ or cash, and the rest on delivery. Pieces are made to order, so the deposit is non-refundable once production starts.
Cancellation & returns
You can cancel free of charge before paying the deposit. As pieces are custom-made, returns are accepted only if a piece arrives broken or with a manufacturing defect — we repair or replace it.
Photos & logos
When you upload a photo or logo, you confirm it is yours or that you have permission to use it. We may decline designs with offensive content or third-party rights.
Delivery
Stated lead times are estimates and start from the deposit. We will tell you about any delay.
Warranty
One year on lighting and electrics from delivery, under normal use with the original adapter. Breakage after delivery is not covered.
Safe use
For indoor use, away from water and heat. Do not open the piece or use an adapter other than the one supplied.
