Send your order
You see an estimated price instantly. Sending the order doesn’t commit you to anything yet.
Approve the preview
We send a final lit and unlit design to your account. Approve it or ask for changes.
Deposit & making
A 50% deposit by CliQ or cash, then we handcraft your piece and update you at every step.
Delivery
We deliver to your door or you pick it up, with a safe power adapter and hanging kit.
Payment
You pay nothing before approving the final design. Then a 50% deposit by CliQ or cash, and the rest on delivery. Upload your CliQ receipt from your order page and we confirm within one working day.
Delivery & pick-up
We deliver across Amman and other governorates, or you collect from the workshop. Every piece arrives packed with its adapter and hanging kit.
Tracking your order
Your account shows each piece’s stage, the lit and unlit preview, messages, and what you have paid.
